Does this stupid Sor Kheng ever read the constitution of Cambodia or he just run the ministry by the order from ah kwang mkak and yuon. Your final days in power are getting close and closer, if you are lucky you may be alive otherwise you would be encountering the sitation like a python constricts its prey.Are you Khmer or yuon stupid guy? Think about This mass Movement of all Khmers for Justice would crush you and anyone alike on its path.
There is no need to ask anyone or any ministry for a permission to protest; otherwise, it won't be a protest, but simply a gathering of people for party on public property.
The masse should just simply show up for the protest; after all, the CPP does not have enough jail space for the protesters.
Unity will surely bring about victory!

ធ្វើអ្វីៗដើម្បីជាតិមិនមែនស្រួលដូចបកចេកទេ! សូមកុំធ្វើអ្វីដូចបរទេសធ្លាប់ដៀលយើងថា៖
