The NEC, the government, and the constitution of Cambodia have been performing their corruption fraud behind the masking of fake democracy of Cambodia with the continuity suppress by Hanoi gov. for its colony!
I am appealing to the united nation to take the burden for at least be the protection of the rising up innocent Khmer for free and fair lives in Cambodia! All election manipulation fraud proved that there is no warranty of fair, free, right, and justice being brought for all innocent people!

HUN SEN is willing to destroy the Cambodian to become a ash he will do so, but if let him to do or listen from your recommendation, I do not think so, because HUN SEN has cheated the votes, how can HUN SEN follow your recommendation ? and HUN SEN no where to go after having done a of bad things commit a lot crime killing too many Cambodian Heroes, so HUN SEN listen to Vietnam he will not step down even He know that Cambodia will face a big proble3m he will not care ? the Only way to kick him out of the power is People Power like ARAB Countries...
