Cambodian people and their leaders are lazy, lack of discipline, and law breaker. It seems that these Cambodian people and their leaders fail to change their environment...If these Cambodian people and their leaders are human they will find ways to change their environment but for the past 30 years and nothing have change and the only change is to bring destruction upon themselves...these Cambodian people and their leaders are behaving like animal. As animal they can not change their environment and they will be condemned to die by the human.
Human around the world will not help these Cambodian people and their leaders...Sorry to say that the concept of democracy is for human not for animal.
