កម្ពុជាចាប់ផ្ដើមសាងសង់មន្ទីរពិសោធន៍វិភាគលើផលិតផលកសិកម្មតាមលក្ខណៈស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិ ដែលកម្ពុជា ពុំធ្លាប់មានកន្លងមក។ សំណង់នេះមានតម្លៃគិតជាទឹកប្រាក់សរុបប្រមាណ ៦៥លានយន់ ស្មើនឹងប្រមាណជាង ១០លានដុល្លារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ជាជំនួយពីប្រទេសចិន។

ទាក់ទងបញ្ហានេះដែរ ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម លោក មាស ច័ន្ទពិសិដ្ឋ មានប្រសាសន៍បញ្ជាក់ថា កម្ពុជាកំពុងមានការខ្វះខាតមន្ទីរពិសោធន៍ដែលមានស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិនេះ។
លោកបន្តថា ការសាងសង់មន្ទីរពិសោធន៍ថ្មីនេះ ជាការឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការចាំបាច់ក្នុងកាលៈទេសៈកម្ពុជា កំពុងមានគោលនយោបាយពង្រឹងគុណភាពផលិតផលកសិកម្មដើម្បីនាំចេញទៅទីផ្សារពិភពលោក មានដូចជាអង្ករជាដើម៖ «កន្លងមកយើងមានមន្ទីរពិសោធន៍របស់អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានកសិកម្មស្ថិតនៅក្រោមក្រសួងកសិកម្មហ្នឹងមានហើយ ប៉ុន្តែលទ្ធភាពសមត្ថភាពនៅមានកម្រិត ហើយនៅថ្ងៃនេះ យើងទទួលបានការគាំទ្របន្ថែមទៀតពីប្រទេសចិនដើម្បីដំណើរការងារ»។
ការសាងសង់មន្ទីរពិសោធន៍វិភាគលើផលិតផលកសិកម្មនេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងឱកាសខួប ៥៥ឆ្នាំ នៃទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា ចិន និងជាឆ្នាំមិត្តភាពយូរអង្វែងនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។
