Hanoi is controlling everything in Cambodia: Angkor Wat, Phnom Boko,Koh Tunsai for 99 years contracts. Koh Tralo had been given to Vietnam by the 2005 Additional Treaty.
99 years contracts will give Vietnam for FREE after 100 years.
No Khmers had seen this matter.
And NEGOTIATION for what ???
Khmer people want the Independent committee for VOTE's irregularities
and nothing else for this time being.

only way to get khmer out of controll is get rid of the current CPP corrupt and sell the control. they all know khmer people are weak...that why they are doing it.
Thank god give my Cambodia a hero Quang Muy Kak give away our beutifull land to enemy 1000years for good.
