that is sad to label it this way!
Truly, we never have the Ministry of Justice since Hun Sen is a prime minister of Cambodia. Even the Constitutional Council is being used like toilet cover to cover the stinking shit of CPP.
cambodia ought to invest in rebuilding th justice department. when the french helped build it during colonial day, the scale of it said it all injutice, unimportant. the justice building shoul be built of italian marble and grand in size and style and scale to show its importance to cambodia and justice for its people from all walks of life.

Showing does nothing for the people.
What's working is if the Cambodian government actually implementing their law. That is where they should start.
