Literally speaking, not only French, but also must be officially all these countries, USA, Japanese, UN, donors, and more to increasingly pressure CPP to step down, otherwise these countries just publicly or financially help Youn and CPP getting rich and power without helping the poor Khmer nor the miserable country!
