i think cambodia's human rights has improved a lot since the last 10 years. if anything, people who work in the human rights field should consider difference of culture, factor that contributed to what they called human rights violation. sometimes, i have a feeling some human rights people just use the human rights excuses to attack cambodia and hate hun sen, etc. often, they failed to reports the present time with the past. something happened in the past, they still accuse cambodia and gov't abuses, etc. when human rights advocators use too much blame excuses, people will start to not trust their reports sooner or later. are they saying cambodia's human rights now or in the past? now is much better, in the past, of course, we all know it was bad! so, report the presence, not the past!
is this for real or just more same pretext to hate cambodia and hun sen? be real!
sometimes people cry wolf about cambodia's human rights record, so they can get more funding for the world, the USA, the EU, etc. shame on their dirty trick, cheated the tax-payers of the world! evil people!
