Lets treat CPP the same way. We have to and we must. Do not have mercy for them CPP, VC and Ch crooks. Pleasse try to recognise their faces and who their leaders are. Please have the righ to protest if they are being miss treated. If you are be in their shoes than you would know why..e.g how can you survive with $1-$2 aday or been used for months and go no pay.
So, in this case people have the right to speak up for their right and as politicians, it is your job to solve this problem for them,not against them whatsoever. At the sametime, people are unarmed and why would you sent your armed forces to be against them? if you don't help them, at least don't hurt them. Again, Gov't job is to work for people not against them. Secondly, I know that Hun Sen is not that bad either but he has no choice but to follow his evil boss. This is a very sad case, really.

from the video, it looks makes more sense. i can guess from watching it that the police retaliated because the police car was torched, and we can see the authority is putting out the fire on the burning police car. i think they provoked the police because i don't believe the police just all of the sudden start beating people for nothing unless you provoked them by throwin rocks at them an burning their car and calling them bad names, etc... so, i don't condone violence, but i can see authority is doing their job. i'm sure the cnrp take any opportunity to politicize it. what else is new with the way cnrp calling attention like this? i mean, we the people have to know the whole story before we buy into it. and the best way is with the live video tape like this. anyway, be smart and educated so we don't be so gullible with sam rainsy's group all the time.

the way i see it now, i wonder why don't the garment workers get a labor law lawyer to represent them? why they do this and put their own life in jeopardy with the police like this? and the poor lady who was a bystander got shot at? now everyone is happy because a life is just taken away from a family and their loved ones! i think the protesters should wise up and get a labor law attorney to represent them in the court of law. don't they know cambodia has a labor law now? go to court and get justice there, or they are not being wise! unless you guys like to politicize everything, then it is a different story altogether.
