សមត្ថកិច្ចសាកសួរឆ្មាំយាមភ្នំព្រះរាជទ្រព្យពាក់ព័ន្ធការបាត់កោដ្ឋមាសព្រះសារីរិកធាតុ
មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ខេត្តកណ្ដាល បានបញ្ជាក់ថា សមត្ថកិច្ចចម្រុះកំពុងសាកសួរមន្ត្រី ឬឆ្មាំយាមភ្នំព្រះរាជទ្រព្យ អតីតរាជធានីឧត្តុង្គ មួយចំនួន ដែលសង្ស័យថាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបាត់កោដ្ឋមាស តម្កល់ព្រះសារីរិកធាតុរបស់ព្រះពុទ្ធ និងរបស់មានតម្លៃមួយចំនួនទៀតនៅលើភ្នំនេះ។

លោក ផៃ ប៊ុនឈឿន អភិបាលខេត្តកណ្ដាល មានប្រសាសន៍នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ធ្នូ ថា កម្លាំងចម្រុះរបស់អគ្គស្នងការនគរបាលជាតិ ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ និងមន្ត្រីនគរបាលក្នុងតំបន់ កំពុងបើកការស៊ើបអង្កេតដោយកោះហៅឆ្មាំយាមភ្នំព្រះរាជទ្រព្យដែលមានភារកិច្ចយាមរបស់មានតម្លៃទាំងនេះ មកសាកសួរ។ បើទោះជាបែបណា លោកបញ្ជាក់ថា ចំណាត់ការនេះនៅពុំទាន់កំណត់មុខសញ្ញាអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ហើយក៏ពុំមានរបាយការណ៍ពីចំនួនរបស់ដែលត្រូវបាត់បង់នៅឡើយដែរ៖ «សមត្ថកិច្ចនគរបាលខេត្តដែលមានការចូលរួមពីជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធ កំពុងតែមានការស៊ើបអង្កេត។ ប៉ុន្តែ ការបាត់បង់សម្ភារៈស្អីខ្លះ គឺមិនទាន់បានដឹង ព្រោះស្ថិតនៅក្នុងការស៊ើបអង្កេត និងដែនសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់សមត្ថកិច្ច។ មុខសញ្ញា យើងឥតទាន់កំណត់មុខសញ្ញាថាខាងទេ ព្រោះឥឡូវនេះ យើងកំពុងតែសួរព័ត៌មាននៅជុំវិញហ្នឹង ទាក់ទងនឹងបញ្ហាឆ្មាំអីទេ។ រឿងកំណត់មុខសញ្ញាយើងមិនទាន់មានទេ»។
បើទោះជាបែបណា មន្ត្រីមួយចំនួនដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការស៊ើបអង្កេតនេះ នៅមិនទាន់អាចទម្លាយព័ត៌មានពិស្ដារនៅឡើយអំពីចំនួននៃការបាត់បង់ ដោយអះអាងថា កំពុងស្ថិតក្នុងដំណាក់កាលនៃការតាមដាននៅឡើយ។
ព្រះសក្យមុនីចេតិយ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងឃុំផ្សារដែក ស្រុកពញាឮ ខេត្តកណ្ដាល ត្រូវចោរលួចគាស់យកសម្ភារៈមានតម្លៃនៅទីនោះ កាលពីយប់ថ្ងៃទី៩ ឈានចូលថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែធ្នូ។ ព្រះសក្យមុនីចេតិយ នេះមានតម្កល់ព្រះសារីរិកធាតុរបស់ព្រះសម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធ ធ្វើពីមាស សំរឹទ្ធ និងលង្ហិន ដែលមានតម្លៃរាប់ពាន់ដុល្លារ។ អ្វីដែលចម្លែក ក្នុងបរិវេណនេះមានមន្ត្រីឆ្មាំយាមជាច្រើននាក់ ត្រូវគេដាក់ពង្រាយដើម្បីការពារសន្តិសុខ និងសុវត្ថិភាព ប៉ុន្តែគេនៅមិនទាន់អាចរកមូលហេតុពិតនៃការបាត់នេះដោយសារអ្វីនៅឡើយទេ។
ទាក់ទិននឹងដំណឹងពីការចូលលួចកោដ្ឋដាក់ព្រះបរមសារីរិកធាតុនៅលើកំពូលភ្នំព្រះរាជទ្រព្យនេះ លោក វណ្ណ វិចារ អ្នកយកព័ត៌មានរបស់វិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរី ដែលបានទៅតាមដានបញ្ហានេះនៅកន្លែងកើតហេតុផ្ទាល់ មានសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ពីស្ថានភាពនៅភ្នំដូចតទៅ៖

You know what? Lack of record, lack of responsibility, no fairness, impunity..... Well they like to do that. Their learn using computers just for game and show off. They guard with their eyes close. They use to steal from their birth. When caught, they deny for wrongdoing. No punishment or very light. It will take hundred more years before we can go to the right direction. Cambodians rely most on wrought iron on windows and doors to fend the own home like in detention center. When caught fire, no escape openings. Truly us.
In the west, we have a welfare system to feed the poor and to help them pay their bill. But in Srok kHmer we have no welfare system and the income is way too low e,g income of $2 a day but a cooked chicken cost around $7 each. How can our people survive? it is the same price as in the west but in the west, their welfare benefit alone gives them $100 per day for a family of 3, 2 parents and a child but if get a job their income like $700 per person times it by 2 parents working $1400 a week. Compare to the price of a cooked chicken, we could get up at 13 chicken a day, where as in Cambodia their wage vs their chicken, you can't even get half a cook chicken aday! how can they live their lives, about patrol, vegetable, rice, fish, medicine, etc. OMG!!!!!! wake up Hun Sen! it is time to be realistic. Cambodia belongs to Cambodia not a bunch of your mafia group to enrich yourself and the interest of the VC and Chinese. We have to start sacking them all out of our system for good or else we are finish, we have to let Keiv Kanarith, Whore Nam Hong, Chea Sim, Hang Sarin and all of the old members of the VC and CH go or else, that is it we are finshed.

Don't be surprise, it is dirty trick of ah youn Hanoi and its puppet. They use the same game over and over to confuse and cause the turmoil in khmer country. All khmer must focus on doing protest to drag ah Hun Sen down from power. The evil youn Hanoi already did on Prasat Presh Vihea to confuse us from forgetting the east border, now here the case again. All khmer must wake up and learn about youn dirty and evil tricks, khmer has been living with these evils for centuries, we must know all about evil youn. Work all together to kick and kill the evil youn Hanoi out of our country, then the problems will be solved. Never trust, never be friend with the evils, kill them all in mind , in heart, in soul, and in physique if we have too.
