Well, their aim is to build good relationship with Jap and in the end, the Jap can rely on Cambodia in the name of a place of refuge once their country is being swallow by the sea. The truth is, nothing is free but at the same time, I rather go for Jap than the Chinese or the Viets, because they are full of shit. Jap usually works very hard and loyal to their country and nation. But there was a time where they were viscious too. e,g duing world war 1 and 2 Jap almost took the whole Southeast Asia including China, until the US/nuclear bombs took place in Hiroshima and Negasaki, which made them back of from colonising their neighbours.
But time has changed and the Jap has shown their tallent and persistence which made them one of the top in economic growth, their GDP above 10% compare to the poor nations maybe much below 10%. They are very good at their electronical and also merchanical engineering etc. Making them one of the wealtheist nations on earth. If you look at their living standard, they are very clean kind of people (hieginicaly almost perfect). Unlike Viets and Chinese, they live like rates e.g they shit everywhere. Now, they live in our Tonle Sap and they shit in it, making our beautiful water polluted/diseases are spreading very fast.
It is time to invite, more Jap to come in our country and let them help us on how to run our country and nation and in return they can settle in our country and land for good. Jap's law is very tough especially when it comes to immigration. We should copycat them.
THIS AID MUST BE UNDERCONTROLLED BY AN INDEPENDANT ORGANIZATION BY JAPANESE GOVERNMENT; IF NOT, IT WILL BE WORTHLESS BECAUSE OF CORRUPTION.
