NA Unanimously Approves New Government Members

AKP Phnom Penh, December 20, 2013

The 67 lawmakers who were present at the National Assembly (NA)’s session this morning voted unanimously for the appointments of ministers, secretaries of state for the two newly-split ministries – Ministry of Industry and Handicrafts and Ministry of Mines and Energy.

Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen  also attended the NA session.

H.E. Suy Sem, former Minister of Industry, Mines, and Energy was appointed as the Minister of Mines and Energy, while H.E. Cham Prasidh, former Minister of Commerce, was appointed as Minister of Industry and Handicrafts, along with six Secretaries of State for each ministry. Read more click here
