no children and elderly should suffer like this! gov't should provide for them such as retirement income, food, shelter and medicine! if people can afford to buy a car, they can afford to help make a difference in the lives of the elderly and children, all considered vulnerable population in society.
in the US, they have the wic system (women, infants and children, a nutritional supplement to have them grow and develop until age 5. cambodia should have the gov't subsidize this as well! nobody in cambodia should continue to suffer like this again! don't complain, just do it!
it's an eye opener! do something to help make a real, lasting difference once and for all in cambodia. no political party matters, just do it!
