Kingdom of Cambodia
Nation – Religion – King

I, Meas Marin, a Cambodian citizen living in Oklahoma City, USA, I used to be the former secretary of the SRP branch in the US and Canada, and I am currently working as a Professor in Mechanical Engineering and Energy at the University of Rose State College, Oklahoma State, and I am also serving as an Engineer for the US Department of Defense with a rank equivalent to that of a major.

To the highly respected
Samdach Akkak Moha Sena Badei Dekcho Hun Sen
Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Care of:
  • H.E. General Pol Saroeun, Joint Army Headquarters, Cambodia Ministry of Defense
  • H.E. Sok Pheng, Cambodian government advisor
Subject: Request to join the CPP

As indicated in the subject above, I want to inform Samdach Akkak Moha Sena Badei Dekcho Hun Sen, the Prime Minister, that, in the past, I always followed with great attention the political goals led by the CPP, especially, the effort made by Samdach Prime minister to liberate the motherland of Cambodia from the grip of the genocidal regime and the unification and reconciliation that led to peace, independence, and national stability. Not only that, Samdach also linked with the people to develop the country and bring prosperity and progress in all fields, this is very noticeable, in particular, the victory in the strategy to reduce poverty for the people of Cambodia. All the points above pushed me to trust the smart leadership of Samdach today, as well as into the future.

As extolled above, I am asking Samdach Akkak Moha Sena Badei Dekcho Hun Sen to review, decide and respectfully accept my request to become a CPP member, without any condition (from my part), and I am also sending $500 to support the CPP so that I can join my force with that of Samdach to build the country into the future, with your indulgence.

Please, Samdach Akkak Moha Sena Badei Dekcho Hun Sen, the prime minister, accept my salutation and my utmost respect.
