CPP VOTES INFLATED BY FOREIGNERS ILLEGALLY VOTING IN CAMBODIA
The following is an example of a commune where a very large number of foreigners are illegally registered as voters. Actually they outnumber Khmer-born citizens. For historical and political reasons the CPP has given those foreigners illegal documents to fraudulently vote for the ruling party.
For a foreign-born person to legally obtain Cambodian citizenship, the 1994 Nationality Law requires that that person receive a Royal Decree from His Majesty the King explicitly and namely granting him/her Cambodian citizenship. None of the foreign-born persons on the voter list we present below, has ever received such a Royal Decree. The corresponding polling station is in Chong Khneas commune, Siem Reap district, Siem Reap province.

Other examples like Chong Khneas commune can be found in Kandal, Prey Veng, Kompong Chhnang, Pursat and Svay Rieng provinces.
