The Koh Santepheap newspaper reported that former comedian Mtes Phloak (Bell Pepper) is seriously ill and he is currently hospitalized in the Khmer-Soviet hospital. Doctors said that Mtes Phloak has high blood pressure and diabetes, as well as a number of other illnesses. His health condition is being followed by the doctors and, currently, he cannot talk at all. Mtes Phloak’s children said that his family does not have money to pay for his medical expenses and they are asking for donations to help the former comedian.
