Cambodia honors French embassy officials and German official with medals

The Royal Government of Cambodia gave out medals to two internal security officers of the French embassy in Cambodia, and to one German expert attached to the Cambodian anti-drug trafficking authority, on 12 July 2007, in Phnom Penh. Teng Savong, the deputy secretary-general of the national anti-drug trafficking authority, gave one medal each to Eric Guier, and Jean-Luc Labaie, both from the French embassy in Cambodia, for helping provide various equipments and encouragements to the Cambodian police, as well as to the national anti-drug trafficking authority, between 1994 and 2005. At a separate ceremony, Teng Savong gave out the national construction medal to Martin Lutezohan, a German expert attached to the national anti-drug trafficking authority, for obtaining a fund of $26,800 to buy equipment used in the meeting room at the anti-drug trafficking authority, as well as for his equipments and encouragements assistance between 2003 and 2007.
