This foretelling can be done because Samdach (Hun Sen) built schools, roads, hospitals, pagodas, which never existed in the past. Therefore, I am inviting all Buddhist followers and the entire population to go to vote for the CPP with Samdach Hun Sen as the PM candidate, in order to develop Cambodia and make it even more prosperous.”
