Much appreciate. I understood a few words.
Sam Rainsy's speech is a wake-up-call for all khmer people especially the parliamentarians who are in charge of the government. Cambodian people were always forgotten about the past or never learned from mistake. One day history will repeats itself. In the video as Mr. Rainsy spoke, thoes MPs did not pay attentions; some pretended to read or looked at something else. Wow, SOTH TE AH POUK SNAEHA LUY, SNAEHA ORM NARCH. No conscience. We should learned enough from the past.
I agree with Sam Rainsy 100%. Only a bunch of crooked people who do not know these problems. Cambodians must stand tall for themselv They shouldn't allow dollars to buy them to ignore these problems.
I regret that most of our palamentarians have never shown up and spoken out on the immigration and territory. Their power and position and money make them blind. We are very hopeless of these representatives. We spend a lot of money for them to sit and give stamp to approve blindly on all things the government under the youn colmmunism orders suggests.
Wake up my representatives!!!!!! We all depend on you. If you all do nothing, history will blame you.
they (parliamentarians) do pay attention when the pro-vietnamese like Hun Sen barking and ignor any speaker who tris to bring up the real happening. they only good at raising hand for giving part of Cambodian land for the neibouring countries.

this is my translation of Mr.Sam Rainsy 's speech on Cambodia territory.It may not get 100 percent of accuracy,but I hope you will understand about it.

Our territorial integrity could be lost.
In the past, we lost our territorial integrity not only by the war.
We lost Kampuchea Krom to Vietnam not only by the French gave them illegally in 1949 , but we lost it before then because there were more Vietnamese immigrants lived there.
More and more Vietnameses came to live in Kampuchea Krom , then they have more population numbers than our Khmer people who are the owner of the land.
We have the immigration law and the nationlity law, we must enforce these laws fully and correctly if we want protect our territry.
Be careful, when the Vietnames infiltrated more and more in our country ,they pretended to be our khmer people . They have more majority of the population in Cambodia, they are not only vote with us , they vote for us in deciding our Country future.
We need more speakers like Mr. Sam Rainsey and why so few of us understand our real problem?????

Mr. Sam Rainsy has a courage to stand up in front of the Youn parliamentarians who mostly don't care about the Khmer people and its territory.
Even Sihanouk is scared to talk about Youn encrouching Khmer territory or let Youns come to live in our country.
In the video clip, Mr. Rainsy told the parliamentarians "We need to enforce immigration law. If we let them come to live and vote, one day they will become majority and they will vote with us and for us to decide the future of Cambodia."
One problem of Khmer law makers is most of them are not educated. When you have uneducated leaders, that's what the outcome is. For example, Hok Lundy, Sar Kheng, Hun Sen, Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Tea Banch.
Khmer people and their representatives need to wake up and vote for the democratic leader.
Cambodia urgently need to have the Ministry of Immigration to control the influx of illegal immigration. Cambodia now is becoming the hiding place for criminals and for the illegal aliens of Vietnamese decent. Some come by land and some come by planes. Others come for economic and political reasons. Vietnamese come and go freely. They come to vote; they come to raise their families; they come to grab land; they come to defend Hun Sen in need of help and that's what fears Mr. Som Rainsy the most.
What Mr. Som Rainsy says in the video is to called Khmer-loving people to defend Cambodia's sovereignty by way of controlling illegal aliens/immigration inflow to Cambodia through legislations of passing the immigration laws. He talks about the Cambodia lost of land to Vietnam, now South Vietnam, not because of wars or the French's annexation of that land mass to Vietnam in 1949. But because we let the Vietnamese occupied/lived in that land and eventually they took it through the French's annexation. Thus, it is extremely important that Cambodia must control these illegal peoples. To do that Cambodia must have the laws for illegal immigration to control it, of which fiercely contest by the CPP gov't.

SAM RAINSY's speech at the Cambodian's house of assembly about illegal immigrants reminiscent so much about the state of TEXAS. TEXAS was part of MEXICO. The nexican's government allowed the Amrican settlers to establish settlements freely in their territory. In just a few dacades the natives(MEXICANS) were outnumbered by the settlers. What was follow was the settlers refused to obey the mexican'law and more than that they rebel ,and wanted independence. In 1836 ,let by General SAMUEL HOUSTON, Texas was seceded from MEXICO and become part of the UNITED STATES eversince. In honoring this hero, Americans named one of theirs cities HOUSTON...Well, stupid khmers representatives ,especially CPP's people you should learned from history. If you don't learn from the past ,you most likely to repeat the same mistake over again and again...In the picture,these bunches look professional, but they are a bunch of CROOK who think of nothing but their own pockets.....

First of all, the Vietcong don't have the fucken technology to do anything and yet they come to Cambodia and signing all kind of agreements in mineral and oil exploration and the Vietcong turn around and finding a Western company to do the work for them!!
AH HUN SEN the Vietcong slave loves the Vietcong to take advantage over him and in fact he is begging every single day that the Vietcong will take advantage over him and again and again!!!!To all Cambodian people, please never adopt AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave mentality because it is dangerous for Cambodia as a nation!!!

I admire his courage. Rainsy is busy defending his homeland's integrity so that Khmer people can have a place to call home while some of MPs are busy stealing and corrupting the country sending feeding their fat banks. I respect him for his braveness.
But remember that the Viets are also Cambodians after all the records were all destroyed durimg Pol Pot regime. So don't expect that among those MPs are all Khmers. However, Cambodia should enforce the law, so that it will apply to all citizen including the fake Khmers. The saddest part is that the ruling party CPP fails for many decades to enforce the law that's why Hun Sen is above the laws, and the country received more and more the illegal Vietnaese. Furthermore, not only Hun Sen is above the laws, all his family members and others who are rich most are above the laws, inclduing the Vietnamese man, such as Hok Langdy who has carried Khmer citizenship. This Vietnamese man is not only above the laws he is Hun Sen's accomplice who has killed many Khmer people. Heng Pov's transcripts has been proven his guilts -cold blood -both Hun Sen and Hok Langdy.
My opinion is that Cambodia needs more Rainsy to strength a unity, and why does Kem Sokha want to create another party? I disagree with having more than two parties. Communist party )CPP) and Opposition party are enough for a small country.
Regardless how many Laws cambodia created but w/o enforcing the laws, no use.

I wonder how Rainsy can ask others to think about the national issues and stop thinking about personal profit if he himself is taking money from Ket Meng. He should be a movie star. He acts very well.
So Rainsy needs money to live, but did he get it from Yuan or sold Cambodian land to Yuan? We all need to eat. Remember he did not sell his country to Yuan, he didn't build castle and didn't have 5000 body guards like Hun Sen.
Corruptions are everywhere even in the US. HOWEVER, Committed treason and selling the land of the nation to the enemy needs to be hanged.
Is Kem Sokha perfect clean man? No.
Did Kem Sokha sell his country to Yuan? NO. So that's the end of it.
Get back to the reality and work together to help Cambodia.

At this point, Cambodian politicians are helpless to stop Youn from entering Cambodia. Any bordered country will have trouble dealing with immigration issue. Even the U.S., the richest, most powerful country, can not control their border with Mexico. What hope do Khmer have?
All we can do is slowly strengthen our economy, and improve our educational system. Once this is done, we will be strong enough to oppose other people's view.
