The acquisition of such high-level education (e.g., Ph.D.), requires strenuous efforts and arduous work; however, an individual who never set foot in the classroom, and was officially honored with the highest degree, that is, it is preposterously absurd. Certainly, we just got ourselves (yet another) gutless and directionless leader.

They give it out to destroy and discredit the real hard work behind the real Ph.D. That is all. It was a sick joke of Hanoi's Gang.
I love Sacravatoons. Picture tells thousand words and this picture tells it all about Cambodia's current corrupt regime. Cambodians are in politics to make money rather than to build a nation. This is exactly it! Cambodian politicians are running a nation like they are run their own company. These blood-sucker Cambodian politicians are selling away Khmer's lands and properties as though their own. And ah-kwac Hun Sen is the mastermind in all these extortions, corruption, stealing state wealth, destroying Cambodia's forests, selling rubber plantations to Yuons...This is a nation of HELL under Hun Sen's gangstership and his gangsters carrying out their illegal activities.
I agreed with all of you guys/gals. Just like the Khmer Rouge, they wanted to wipe out anyone with knowledge or anyone that looked smart. If the current governments body have been educated in the accredited schools, then the HCM governments would not be able to manipulated them like a chess pieces. Would it?
The only credible body in Cambodia is the SRP. That is why they (CPP) does not want the opposition to be sucessful. Lets Hope that the election bring in a fresh mind that all education is guranteed for every citizens. That bribery in education system is punished by castration or death!

Under Controlled-CPP Private Universities such as Pahu Vithya University, run by the rascal Chamroeun,you can be rewarded a PhD Diploma only if you paid a annual tuition fee,without attending any course. That why there are a lot of EK-Oddom-Bandits(Excellencies Doctors)in Cambodia.
