Heng Samrin, the National Assembly president, left Phnom Penh on Sunday to perform an official visit in China. The Xinhua Chinese news agency reported that Heng Samrin plans to visit China between 26 and 30 August 2007. Heng Samrin’s visit was made through an invitation from Wu Bangguo, chairman the permanent committee of the Chinese National People’s Congress.

I think he just likes to stay away from media for the death of his advisor who is a drug traffickers. Last week, when police have just arrested Oum Chhay, Heng Samrin has said Oum Chhay was not a drug trafficker. He was just a transporter( sic)? He cannot even distinguish between transporter and trafficker?
