Report of the Vietnamese police for the past 8 months revealed that Vietnam and Cambodia cooperated with each other to block activities by Khmer Kampuchea Krom associations.
The Vietnamese ethnic minority commission website (www.cema.gov.vn) posted a report signed by General Liv Phuoc Luong, a high-ranking Vietnamese police officer, who wrote that Vietnam must maintain a tight friendly cooperation with Cambodia to block reactionary organizations, in particular, Khmer Krom associations which are standing to undertake actions to oppose Vietnam from inside Cambodia.
General Khieu Sopheak, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior (MoI), denied that the Hun Sen regime considers Khmer Krom associations as being reactionary organizations.
He recognized that there is cooperation between Cambodia and Vietnam on a number of issues, and that this cooperation is not different from those between Cambodia and other countries.
Khieu Sopheak said: “However, there is no need for any cooperation to exist because Cambodia has a law prescribed for use in Cambodia stating that nobody, no political party, no group, no foreign countries can use Cambodia to set up an army base to oppose another country. Therefore, our cooperation is based on the 8 types of trans-border crimes.”
The Vietnamese police report was issued after Khmer Krom monks were disrobed, and the Phnom Penh police force violently put down a recent demonstration led by Khmer Krom monks.
Khieu Sopheak said that the latest police violence against Khmer Krom monks was not due to Khmer Krom issues, but that the police had to maintain security, following the experience on the burning of the Thai embassy in the past [which was, in fact, instigated by Hun Sen himself].
At the same time, Trinh Ba Cam, Hanoi’s mouthpiece in Phnom Penh, recognized that this website indeed belongs to the Hanoi communist government, however, he rejected the report posted on this website, saying that it does not reflect the viewpoint of the Vietnamese government: “… on this website, things can change, it does not reflect the government viewpoint at all.”
In spite of denials from the Vietnamese embassy mouthpiece and the MoI mouthpiece, Venerable Yoeung Sin, the elder Khmer Kampuchea Krom monk, said that Khmer Krom associations are usually accused of being reactionary groups by the Vietnamese authority, in order to threaten and prevent them from protesting.
Demonstrations and several attempts made to deliver a petition to the Vietnamese embassy in Phnom Penh by Khmer Krom monks were met by police violence. Recently, a serious clash took place between the monks and the police, causing several injuries among Khmer Krom monks.

If the website belongs to VN communist government but it does not reflect government's viewpoint, what the hell stupid government created that website for? where can we find the real viewpoint that reflects VN government?
It's time to change in cambodia now. Presently, Cambodian government implecitly invites people to overthrow its power but as everyone know the pressure from VN, government cannot appeal openly to people to overthrow itself, but conducts conflicts throughout the country to make people angry. Please beloved Khmer people think about this. Our government loves our nation and people too and waiting for the time to change.

Get Sihanouk to back out of the not-so-secret deal he made with Hun Sen.
Get Sihanouk to denounce the Viet's vision of annexation of Cambodia.
Get Sihanouk back to be the father of the Nation by befriending with
the West and the outside world, now that Vietnam has been re-united/unified.
Get Sihanouk back to be what he once was but with less or none of the Vietnamese and/or the Chinese's interferences.
After all, Sihanouk had been flip-flopping all his life politically
and after all, what is that humongous Embassy near Watt Phnom built for?
Please don't let Sihanouk go to waste!!!
We, Khmer people, must take the issue seriously. The Hun Xen's clan is actually the YN's DOG. Using people power to over through these criminal.
Please rise up against them. Stop buying YN product, Stop using YN service, stop talking to YN people, Stop working for them, tear all posting in YN language in Cambodia. Must protest a whole nation. Don't let these criminal clan go so far. They destroy our nation, our religion, our real king (left the garbage one today).
Khmer people around the world must do protest the same day, take a date. Don't wait until the YUON take these criminal down from their power and then we will thank YUON again. The Vietcong would never dare invaded Cambodia without the support from the Soviet Union that is a disputable fact! That is why the Vietcong leader signed a 25 years friendship with the Soviet leaders as an insurance policy to protect their arse when they invaded Cambodia!
It is not like one day the Vietcong leaders woke up from sleep and decided to help save Cambodian people from the killing field!
AH HUN SEN kept reminding dirt poor Cambodian people of 07 January 1979 the day of Vietcong liberation because it is him who had benefited the most and it is him who has been a dictator of Cambodia for 30 years under the Vietcong guidance!
I hope when AH HUN SEN die and he take the memory of 07 January 1979 to the grave with him!

No offense to say that everything the Asian people have been originated from Africa or African is pure stupidity beyond reason! Asian people have God given brain power and they can think and reason and do great thing too!
According to human evolution theory that it is speculated that human being were first started in Africa but then the human family tree branch out to other part of the world such as to Asia and to Europe!
Even now the human evolution is still in progress! It is very misleading to proclaim that when something has similar feature or characteristic and it came from the same source!
We are living in a high tech modern time and the DNA testing can clarify any misunderstanding regarding where people were first originated!
For African people to proclaim that when something have curly , dark skin and broad nose or flat nose and it must be African! This is untrue!
For example Southern Indian people have some of the darkest skin color with straight hair with hairy body and pointed nose. And how is that possible? I used to think that only European people can have light skin with hairy body and pointed nose because of the colder climate which help protect their body from subzero temperature!
I don't believe for a moment that all Khmer people have dark skin and broad or flat nose! Khmer people are more diverse than the African people in term of skin color and facial feature! There are Indian, Chinese, and European skin colors! Most stupid people like to use an example of dark skin Cambodian farmer for everything especially dealing with something that is very backward to make their point but at the same these same people forget that when brown skin or even light skin color people worked on the farm with naked body for 20 to 30 years and the UV radiation, the mud, and dirt can cause serious damage to the skin color by turning it dark brown to protect epidermis from the Sun UV radiation and extreme weather!
