VICTORIA - A Crown prosecutor in the child pornography trial of a Victoria-area man says police found "distasteful" images of children and pre-teens when they searched the man's computer.
Sixty-four-year-old William James is accused of taking photos of naked children in India, Cambodia and other Asian countries in 2002 and 2004.
Two police officers testified they searched James' home in Langford in November 2005.
They said they found a white box with pamphlets as well as computer and electronic equipment.
Crown Counsel Tim Stokes told the court the search turned up digital images with Asian landmarks and scenes of local people as well as a small number of images with children and pre-teens.
