THE LIFTING OF SAM RAINSY'S PARLIAMENTARY IMMUNITY
The following demarche was made today to prevent the lifting of SRP President Sam Rainsy's parliamentary immunity:
SRP Cabinet
- Sam Rainsy lodged a complaint at the Constitutional Council pointing to the unconstitutionality/illegality of recent election-related decisions made by the National Election Committee and the Constitutional Council. Those decisions are pertaining to a "criminal offence" that is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal under the Supreme Court.
- As required by the law, a number (17) of National Assembly Members wrote to the Constitutional Council to support Sam Rainsy's legal complaint.
- Sam Rainsy wrote to National Assembly President Heng Samrin to inform him about the SRP demarche.

LOL, hahaha, LOL, Ah Scam Rainxy call ed Khmer people, "A culture of impunity", but he himself play all different tricks to immune himself from prosecution. Isn't that blatantly, "A culture of impunity"?
Under Hun Sen Regime, when Hun Sen's party (CPP) steals votes and Sam Rainsy said that the CPP are a bunch of thieve, intead of charge the criminals that stole votes, Hun Sen Regime's injustice court fine Sam Rainsy $2,500.
Hun Sen Regime's court have no interest in prosecute criminals. Only prosecute the victims or innocent Khmer peoples.
This is Hun Sen Regime Trade Mark.

Did Hun Sen Regime's court ever charge:
Hun Sen, Hok Lundy and others for the murder of at least twelve innocent peaceful demonstrators on March 30, 1997 Grenade Attack?
Bun Rany and Hok Lundy for killing Piseth Pilika?
The real assassin that assassinated leader of the free trade union of Cambodia (Chea Vichea)?
The assassin that assassinated journalists including Kim Sambo and his son?
These are just some of the crimes that committed by criminals within Hun Sen Regime.
I don't see anything wrong with that. It's the government duty to uphold the wills of Khmer people and to protect Khmer culture from Pouk Ah Scam Rainxy.
I am seeing some thing wrong ,Cambodia will be better if Hun Sen and CPP lost it power or disappear .
