Ah Sdach Xihanouk gave charity to chinese during earthquake! What about Khmer now? victim of Ketsena Storm Ah CHHKER Xihanouk did not give one penny to them! c'est tres hypocrite le chien Xihanouk! All he can put burden on Khmer is producing Ah Sdach Kteuy MEEGNEE who sucks khmer national budget ...just to be a rubber stamp!
