President Obama wished to work with regional leaders on issues such as “trade and investment, regional security, disaster management, food and energy security, and climate change.”Prime Minister Hun Sen and other Asean leaders are slated to meet with US President Barack Obama at the end of the month, the White House said in a statement.
Obama will meet the leaders as a group at a US-Asean summit in New York Sept. 24, where Hun Sen could also meet with his Thai counterpart, Abhisit Vijjajiva, over the border dispute between the two neighbors.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Koy Kuong confirmed the meeting with the president, but he said it remains uncertain whether the Thai and Cambodian premiers will meet.
Both leaders have expressed a desire to meet in upcoming international and regional forums, following the resumption of full diplomatic ties in August. Soldiers from both sides remain entrenched along a disputed section of border west of Preah Vihear temple.
Meanwhile, analysts say the US is making more efforts lately to engage with Asean leaders, as China spreads its influence across the region.
The White House said in a Sept. 3 statement Obama wished to work with regional leaders on issues such as “trade and investment, regional security, disaster management, food and energy security, and climate change.”

I am wondering what are they going to talk about?
Hun Sen: Mr. President, how much are you going give me this time?
Obama: Don't worry, I will do better than China.
Hun Sen: If you don't make me happy, I will not only go to China, but I also will threaten Khmer innocent people too. You should know my track record by now.
Obama: What about the border tension between Cambodia and Thailand? I would like to see a peaceful resolution okay.
Hun Sen: Don't worry, that was just a polital game for my next election. To tell you the truth, the opposition party have been kind of on my back about me giving Vietnamese some useless land so it was just my way of distracting the internal situation. You should know that not only I gain from this and so was Mr. Abhisit because he was in the hot seat too.
Obama: Okay, that is cool..I got you.
Hun Sen: Make sure you call me when you get back okay. I will give you a few days to think it over and if you don't something bad will happen to my people and don't blame me for it okay.
Obama: Aight
Dear Mr. President Obama,
After you have finished shaking hands with our incompetent Prime Minister Hun Sen, we the people of the Kingdom of Cambodia, we well as overseas Cambodian community, urge you to immediately wash your hands with antibacterial soap. Hun Sen's hands are filthy with cigarette smoke & blood.
Also, if our Prime Minister begs you for some pocket change, please don't give him any. He won't use it for food. He will most likely use the $5 for another pack of cigarettes.

Obama himself came to power through corruption and deceit!
He is, and always was, owned by Wall Street, and his mission is to deflect and defuse the public mood for change.
He is an intelligent and charismatic orator, but his deeds show no real change.
Obama is a "Bush wolf" in sheep's clothing.
Analyze his words carefully, and find mostly lies and clever deception.
Like his recent speech on Iraq, where the US criminal and illegal war and occupation is most definitely NOT ending, but is simply being "rebranded" and continuing.
