Chhang Youk should read the Confession of Van Phiny aka Tith date 16/2/1978, carefully, esp. the last four pages (from Tuolsaeng Prison). Hor Namhong was an executive member of the four-men manangment Committee of the Munti/Deparment Ka 17 of Beong Trabael. Vany Phiny was the head of the executive committee, Hor Namhong, Chem Snguon, who is now in hell, were members of this Committee. After Van Phiny was arrested, Hor Hanhong was promoted to the head of the Munity/Department replacing Van Phiny. Chem Snguon must have thanked Viet army for coming on time, or he and his son chem vichea and daughter chem Vairith(at now the Ministry of Foreign Afairs and UN respectively) would have been in hell, thanks to Hor Namhong's and Van Phiny's reaykar oy angkar leu.

As I mentioned before, it could because Chhang Youk is blinded by viet pussy juice. Or perhaps he's looking for something with Hor's signature that said " I am a Beugn Trabek Jail Chief?" then it would proof for him?

"A CAMP CALLED BOENG TRABEK"
PHNOM PENH POST, JANUARY 19 - FEBRUARY 1, 2001

Keo Bunthouk who was detained with her husband, former diplomat Ieng Kounsaky, at the Boeng Trabek camp (Section B32 presided over by Hor Namhong) from 1977 to 1979.

Q: Who should be held responsible for the murders of Boeng Trabek inmates?
A: Now you repeat this question and maybe Hor Namhong will want to assassinate me, what will happen to me? I've heard that Hor Namhong wants to sue the newspaper that said he was Khmer Rouge.

Keo Bunthouk died under suspicious circumstances in 2001, shortly after she gave interview to the Phnom Penh Post.

Keo Bunthouk was a survivor of Boeng Trabek prison B32.

Keo Bunthouk was a member of the Cambodian Parliament from FUNCINPEC Party.

Hor Namhong said to the French judge that he is not a prison chief of Boeung Trabek prison B32, in fact members of his family was killed by Khmer Rouge(s).

Hor Namhong can lies all he want, at the end, he got summoned and will get indict, prosecute, convict and sentence.

Criminals likes to lies.

The place where criminals lies the most is inside the court room in front of the judge(s).

On October 7, 2009 Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Hor Namhong, Keat Chhon, Ouk Bunchhoeun and Sim Ka has been summoned by the UN-backed Khmer Rouge Tribunal court (ECCC).

We all comdamne KR regime and all the most known leaders of that period. You know that at that time, children were told to denounce theirs parents; a wife was asked to report any thing done by the husband, if judged "un-revolutionary"... It is crual society. There were groups of three, of ten, etc.(Puok, Krom, Kong, etc.) Each member of the group had to report the behavior of the others, and at the end the president of the comitee of the place had to report to "Angkar"! Simply if you were reported that you want to eat something good, or you talked about your trips abroad, you can be killed, because they judged that you want to brink back the old society, or to live the way of life othe the "imperialists", etc. Unless you didn't live in those reeducation centers, or "prisons" if you will, you can be safe. All the cooperatives, any community or 'center' was organized the same way, had the same structure. Every one belonged to some kind of committees. The cooperative chiefs, or presidents, any executives members who didn't report anything, would found themselves treated as the "ennemies" of the "Angkar", and they were later killed. And we should remember that no one can refuse any duty given to him. So we can understand why there were millions of death at that time. Only if you were outside the country, you can say that you are clean... The regine was evil, the first thing that we should see and comdemne! Otherwise we should bring to KR Court several thousands of those survivors and put in prisons!

Chhang Youk did his research.

How come Chhang Youk did not see this confession by Van Piny on Hor Namhong?

Maybe Chhang Youk doesn't know how to read Khmer.

Maybe Hor Namhong pay Chhang Youk to say that he cannot find Hor Namhong as chief of Boeung Trabaek Prison in any Document Center of Cambodia.

To Hor Namhong aka comrade Yaem (a prison chief of Boeung Trabek Prison B32)

Before you take another person to court, you MUST present yourself at the U.N.-backed Khmer Rouge court tribunal (ECCC) because on October 7, 2009 Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Hor Namhong, Keat Chhon, Ouk Bunchhoeun and Sim Ka has been summoned by the UN-backed Khmer Rouge Tribunal court (ECCC).

Why did you took others to court and you refuse to show up in court?

Why?
