"A CAMP CALLED BOENG TRABEK"
PHNOM PENH POST, JANUARY 19 - FEBRUARY 1, 2001

Keo Bunthouk who was detained with her husband, former diplomat Ieng Kounsaky, at the Boeng Trabek camp (Section B32 presided over by Hor Namhong) from 1977 to 1979.

Q: Who should be held responsible for the murders of Boeng Trabek inmates?
A: Now you repeat this question and maybe Hor Namhong will want to assassinate me, what will happen to me? I've heard that Hor Namhong wants to sue the newspaper that said he was Khmer Rouge.

Keo Bunthouk died under suspicious circumstances in 2001, shortly after she gave interview to the Phnom Penh Post.

Keo Bunthouk was a survivor of Boeng Trabek prison B32.

Keo Bunthouk was a member of the Cambodian Parliament from FUNCINPEC Party.

Hor Namhong said to the French judge that he is not a prison chief of Boeung Trabek prison B32, in fact members of his family was killed by Khmer Rouge(s).

Hor Namhong can lies all he want, at the end, he got summoned and will get indict, prosecute, convict and sentence.

Criminals likes to lies.

The place where criminals lies the most is inside the court room in front of the judge(s).

On October 7, 2009 Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Hor Namhong, Keat Chhon, Ouk Bunchhoeun and Sim Ka has been summoned by the UN-backed Khmer Rouge Tribunal court (ECCC).

We all comdamne KR regime and all the most known leaders of that period. You know that at that time, children were told to denounce theirs parents; a wife was asked to report any thing done by the husband, if judged "un-revolutionary"... It was crual society! There were groups of three, of ten, etc.(Puok, Krom, Kong, etc.) Each member of the group had to report the behavior of the others, and at the end the president of the comitee of the place had to report to "Angkar"!, or the Khmer Rouge officers responsibles of the places (Savorn for B32 for example). You should be reported simply if you were telling someone that you want to eat something good, or you were telling the persons that you used to live in foreign countries or you talked about your trips abroad. For just something like that, you can be killed, because they judged that you want to brink back the old society, or to live the way of life of the the "imperialists", etc. Anyone can report anything. There should be dsiputes... between individuals, or just "heard-says"... Unless you didn't live in those reeducation centers, or "prisons" if you will, you cannot be safe. All the cooperatives, any community or 'center' was organized the same way, had the same structure. Every one belonged to some kind of committees. The cooperative chiefs, or presidents, any executives members who didn't report anything, would found themselves treated as the "ennemies" of the "Angkar", and be brougt to interrogation centers, and they were later executed. And we should remember that no one can refuse any duty given to him. So we can understand why there were millions of death at that time. Only if you were outside the country at that time, you can say that you are clean... The regine was evil, the first thing that we should see and comdemne! Otherwise we should bring to KR Court several thousands of those survivors... yes they are survivors that you want to comdamne! There should be several thousands to be condamne on top of those innocents deaths around the country. Please remember that accusations were easily to invented, even a kid can brink his parents to death. In a small camps like B32, there were people who didn't like each others. Sure that there were those "equals", former diplomats from abroad, whore more equals than other!
