In the morning of 20 Dec 2011, the NatAss met and decided to lift Kandal SRP MP Chan Cheng’s parliamentary immunity. The lifting was adopted by 88 votes over a total of 97.
The immunity lifting took place based on the request made the Kandal provincial judge who accused Chan Cheng of providing the means to accused Meas Peng to flee the Kandal prison on 23 September 2011.

National assemblies are youn. That is how they eliminate Khmer, deminishing our strength to fight back. Here is a thing: we know for sure Youn and Hun Sen are killing Khmer. We all are going to die un-naturally by Hun Sen and Youn. We fight back, we will die as well, but at least we die with dignity.
Whining and crying won't bring any fruitful results. SRP party is weaken and slowly dissolve. Khmer people need a new opposition party that have strong recognition with America to topple Hun Sen regime. Sam Ransy and his followers are joke. Today, all opposition factions in Phnom Penh are bough-off and kow tow to demi-god hun sen--let alone some of SRP members.

It is amazing that AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave use vote a form of democratic process to victimize SRP! What else AH HUN SEN is using to victimize Cambodian people and SRP? They used the riches, the powerful (the military, the police, and the court), the businessmen, the Vietcong government, the Jungle Law, the wrong interpretation of the Cambodian constitution and laws...
I have yet to see a puppet government installed by foreign power can serve true interest of the people unless the people have true freedom!
