Theary Seng's lawyer friend was arrested Thursday morning between 7-9AM somewhere in Kampong Chhnang province. As of 10 AM his family had not been informed of his arrest. His friends and family are concerned.
Lawyer Choung Chou-Ngy is illegally detained at the Criminal Unit of the Ministry of Interior under Mok Chito since morning rather than at the Kandal court as we were led to believe.

50+ media, human rights monitors, SRP representatives, concerned friends waiting at Kandal court since 2PM. By 3.45 PM Bayon TV changed its tune from morning and said Lawyer Choung Chou-Ngy will be taken to court. This is the first official acknowledgement of his situation.
Theary met with him at 7PM last evening at her home offcie - his spirit was strong and defiant, but he fears poison and torture to make him change his allegiance.

From reliable source, KI-Media has learned that Lawyer Choung Choungy was arrested this morning in Kampong Chhnang. The dictatorial regime in Phnom Penh is again rearing its ugly commie head by ignoring all the laws in the book.
It has been confirmed: the cops brought Lawyer Choung Choungy to Kandal provincial court. He was taken in through the back door.
Kandal Court, half hour outside Phnom Penh city center at approximately 11.45 a.m.-- no Lawyer Choung Chou-Ngy; rumor has it that he was taken to the criminal unit of the ministry of Interior instead.
At 2:12 pm. Lawyer Choung Choungy was detained in the Penal Department of the Ministry of Interior.

It has been confirmed: the cops brought Lawyer Choung Choungy to Kandal provincial court. He was taken in through the back door.

Staying in the country and not being afraid to go to jail is one smart way to fight back the injustice as it represents what you are willing to do as a politician to defend your principles and it also encourages people to stand up to fight for their freedom and justice as well.
If there are enough opposition members and justice defenders and promoters in jails everywhere in the kingdom of wonders simply for speaking out against Hun Sen's dictatorship, then wonders from the International Community will begin to take place.
