Sec. Clinton Stands for Rights and Freedom

I remain confident for the release of the Beung kak Lake 15. This is very positive. Sec. Hillary Clinton is doing a good job and continues to walk the talk when it comes to protecting women's human rights. She is calling for due process. She is fully aware of the lack of rule of law and the shape of the judiciary in Cambodia.

Her call for free and fair elections and for diverse participation in next year's elections is sending a signal to the Cambodian government of the US expectations on the issue. I am also confident that progress will be made in due course.
