All the former Cambodian governments before 1979 did not accept, that Kos Tral belongs to Vietnam.

Under the goverment of the Khmer Republic of Lon Nol Kos Trol was already under controlled of South VN army the boss of Lon Nol,why M.Sean Pengse did not reacted at that time?
Lon Nol needed South VN to protect him.
This disgraced old man Sean Pengse shall put up and shout up. He cannot use the map which was drawn by Lon Nol regime to argue with Vietnam at all. The current government is using the map which kept in the UN to negotiation with VN. This old man doesn't know the fact but just barking without knowing the truth. Shame on you a loser Sean Pengse

Do you CPP dogs know what the Paris Agreement Act is? Why Hun Sen never raised the Paris Agreement Act in front of his Youn master?
If you listen to Mr Sean Peng Se, everything he has tried to explain was unclear about Koh Tral, he was also spoke mumbling, he seem not know Khmer history well. The main point is that:
1. Koh Tral is/was belong to Khmer territory even if Viet illegally occupy.
2. Koh Tral was under French administrative only but remain under Cambodia sovereignty
3. Khmer of all generation has full right to claim on Koh Tral.
4. Hun Sen has no right to disown Koh Tral and gave to Viet
5. Hun Sen blame old generation had left the problem for him to solve but who has gave damn right to him to solve this problem, he choose to solve by himself without Cambodian consent. If he can not solve problem in Cambodia favour but someone else can.
Mr Sean Pengse is quite right about the border problems because even the Khmer Vietname they occupied this Koh Trol. It still belongs to the Khmer.
M.Sean Pengse will drive éléphant with his président of Commity Border( N.Sihanouk) to controll VN-CAMBODIA border 1km2 by 1km2.
