Unfortunately, I do not know who the lady singer is. I assume this is a rendition by her of this famous classic which I posted above. I doubt very much this male vocal version is sung by Mr Sisamouth, but I could be wrong!
I like the song too, although probably not for the same reason as you and most listeners do!

I remember the original female singer for the song is Mrs Mao Sareth.
I think the male singer is not Mr Sin Sisamouth but Mr Im Song Seun.

if you guys are khmer and over 55 as i am, you guys will know that CHONG SROL is Samouth's song and not Im Song Seurm's. In fact as Chhmar99utube has proved on Youtube, CHONG SROL is a cover of a 1940's Thai song "Mann Jivit".
