What is the ruling party afraid of?

After an unsuccessful attempt by police and local authorities to stop the Cambodia National Rescue Party from putting up its sign on the Pursat province bridge , the department of Public Works sent a letter to CNRP to remove the sign.

"I see no harm in CNRP putting its sign on the bridge", says a man using the bridge.
