CNRP must look at the Mobile radio Frequencies given for free by the HUN SEN government to the Mobile Operators in Cambodia: GSM, 3G, CDMA etc...
CNRP Experts should take this issue seriously and see how the actual contracts could be revoked against the annual fees to be paid by the Mobile Operators in Cambodia.
Millions of dollars would contribute to increase the CNRP government budget from this Telecom domain.
