I have read Your Excellency’s letter. I thank Your Excellency’s words which repaired damages made against me.

As for me, this letter from Your Excellency seems to end the dispute between Your Excellency and myself. I hope in advance that Your Excellency will continue to resolve well and truthfully all pending issues. I am pushing Your Excellency to resolve very well [your differences] with Samdech Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh, Funcinpec President, I am certain that Your Excellency can do it and I will help with all my might.

The way which Your Excellency had chosen to resolve the above issues allow me to strongly hope that Your Excellency will return very soon to the political life in Cambodia in order to build together a prosperous nation.

Your Excellency please accept my regards.
