Under the watchful eyes of Ho Chi Minh, the founding father of communist Vietnam and the dreamer of the Indochina Federation, King Sihamoni of Cambodia is talking with Vietnamese president Tran Duc Luong. Eager with the official visit of a Cambodian King, the first royal visit in several decades, Vietnam took the occasion to display its suffocating and choking friendship towards Cambodia. During the Vietnamese invasion of Cambodia, then Prince Norodom Sihanouk wrote a letter to Vietnam prime minister Pham Van Dong to request a meeting between the two former allies in the war against the US, to the dismay of Prince Sihanouk, Pham Van Dong curtly refused to accept the prince's letter. Pham Van Dong then simply called Prince Sihanouk "a finished man." That was how Vietnam displayed its recognition towards Prince Sihanouk for his support to the Vietnamese people's past struggle for national liberation and re-unification. Later on, King Sihanouk called Vietnam an "ungrateful crocodile" abusing its friendship with Cambodia.In a way, Vietnam is currently controlling through proxy governments the entire Indochina peninsula. The Hun Sen/CPP regime in Cambodia installed after Vietnam's invasion of Cambodia still hold power and doing the bidding of Hanoi. The recent "supplemental border" treaty to the illegal 1985 border treaty imposed by Hanoi during its occupation is a slap on Cambodian sovereignty. The Khamtai Siphandon/Boungnang Vorachith regime in Laos is also a puppet proxy regime under the manipulation of Hanoi. In both Cambodia and Laos, the number of illegal Vietnamese immigrants is increasing without check from the puppet regimes of Phnom Penh and Vientiane. Indeed, Vietnam is eager to embrace Cambodia and Laos in its iron grips so that it can choke it off. Viet Nam cultivates friendship with Cambodia, says Party leader
Ha Noi, Mar. 16 (VNA) - Viet Nam always attaches importance to fostering and developing its traditional relationship with neighbouring Cambodia, Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh told his Cambodian guest, King Norodom Sihamoni, in Ha Noi on March 16.
The Cambodian King began his first official visit to Viet Nam the same day.
Manh said the visit brought the Cambodian people's fraternal friendship to the Vietnamese people and also marked a new stage of development of the bilateral relationship.
The party chief expressed his thanks to the Cambodian King, government and people for their support to the Vietnamese people's past struggle for national liberation and re-unification and current national construction.
He congratulated the Cambodian people for their socio-economic development achievements, and wished them further progress in building a peaceful, neutral, non-aligned and prosperous Cambodia with friendly relations with other countries, especially neighbours.
The Party General Secretary asked the Cambodian King to convey his best regards to former King Norodom Sihanouk and his wife.
King Sihamoni thanked the Vietnamese Party, State and people for their support to Cambodia's struggles for national independence and development, and their warm sentiments towards former King Norodom Sihanouk and his wife.
He extolled the Vietnamese people's heroic struggle for national re-unification as well as progress in development.
King Sihamoni stressed the historical significance of the Cambodia visit by Party leader Nong Duc Manh in 2005. He affirmed the firm solidarity between the two countries and Cambodia's determination to foster its fine neighbourliness and comprehensive cooperation with Viet Nam. He wished the upcoming tenth National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam great success.
On the occasion, King Sihamoni conveyed best regards from former King Sihanouk and his wife to Party leader Nong Duc Manh and his wife.

Ho Chi Minh's ambition leads the policy of mono-Indochina federation can be succeeded through their puppet Hun Sen. Now, Hun Sen is seems changing his head to follow Hanoi's commanding in order to achieve its Neo-Imperialist policy.
To avoid this dangerious policy to Cambodia future independence, we have to guestion Hun Sen and caution him of evil consequences. Hun Sen's present stance is trying to isolate Funcinpec, Chea Sim and Sam Rainsy....so can these three fiqures solve something with Hun Sen?
The answer is easy if these three fiqures concern the dangerious future of Cambodia.
