A Vietnamese Governmental delegation, led by Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung, left Phnom Penh on August 23, concluding its three-day visit to Cambodia.
Prior to his departure, Hung met with his Cambodian counterpart, Hor Nam Hong, to hear reports on the outcome of working sessions between Vietnamese delegates and their equivalent Cambodian agencies. They agreed to submit practical co-operation plans devised at the working sessions to their individual Governments for consideration and approval.
One of the visit's main achievements was an agreement to increase the two-way trade revenue to US $2 billion by 2010. Both sides agreed to encourage their businesses to invest in or set up partnerships in agriculture, and especially to expand the areas of rubber and other industrial crops, and invest in hydro-power projects and power supply, tourism, mining, oil and gas industry, road construction and aviation services.
Both countries agreed to increase their co-operation in banking services. Cambodia allowed the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) of Vietnam to open a representative office in Phnom Penh and conduct projects involving co-operation with banks in Cambodia.
Each side also saw a need to discuss co-operation plans on further issues at an upcoming meeting of their joint committee due to take place in Vietnam late this year.

Cambodia is the source of all economic activities and that is why the Vietcong will try to hang onto Cambodia by any mean! Without Cambodia all the Vietcong will starve to death! Don't believe me just observe the different between the Vietcong and Cambodia geography!
Now just imagine if Cambodia is to unite with the Khmer Krom nation and all the Vietcong can be starved into submission and no need for war!
Soon the hidden face of the Vietcong behind all these dumb fuck Cambodian leaders will be killed for making Cambodia into hell on Earth! Cambodia have enough resources and economic activities to sustain them for another 100 years! Why bother with the Vietcong and the Vietcong have nothing!
