Prince Norodom Ranariddh said that he opposes the reshuffling of Funcinpec officials in the government by accusing that there was no [prior] discussion with him.
In the continuously changing situations lately, at least 17 Funcinpec officials have been fired from their minister, secretary of state, and undersecretary of state positions, while a number of other Funcinpec officials have been nominated to replace those who have been fired.
Reshuffling done without consultation with Funcinpec President
Prince Ranariddh said that in the latest political situation, prime minister Hun Sen did not consult him, and that some works done in the past were done only with the [cooperation of] Nhiek Bun Chhay only.
From Malaysia, Prince Ranariddh said that he does not support the removal and the nomination of new officials which had been done in the past.
Prince Ranariddh said: “Both Samdech Prime Minister Hun Sen and H.E. Nhiek Bun Chhay never consult me at all, therefore the request for the nomination or for the removal [of Funcinpec official], I can never support it.”
The reshuffling of Funcinpec officials lately was done after prime minister Hun Sen was disappointed with Prince Ranariddh who criticized the policy of the government leader, such as the installation of border markers with neighboring countries, and the idea of handing power to former monarch, King Norodom Sihanouk.

Sam Rainsy might be with Ah Hun sen too because he went to France to meet with HS. HS needs SR to do him a favor by asking SR's sister-in-law not to publishing about Heng Pov case in L'Express magazine. If SR did that for HS, He must be foul. SR needs that L'Express to expose HS corruption and illigal activities. If HS is success with SR, then no more L'Express covers about HS in the future. Then, HS scores a big point again.
