The following in an excerpt from the UN human rights reports on Cambodia:

Regarding Cambodia, Yash Ghai, Special Representative of the Secretary-General on the situation of human rights in the country, said he was concerned that few of his or his predecessor’s recommendations had been implemented, and that human rights continued to be violated on a systemic scale.

Responding to Mr. Ghai’s report, Vun Chheang from Cambodia acknowledged the assistance and cooperation provided by the UN but said that the tragic events that took place from 1970 onwards had seriously affected the country, including the loss of skilled individuals and the annihilation of infrastructure. Representatives from eight other countries were also involved in this debate.

As long as Hun Sen is still controling Cambodia under the strict instruction from Hanoi, Cambodia is always violating the Human right. Hun Sen has another vietnamese wife behind the scene to guide hun sen to follow strict rule of Hanoi to wipe out Khmer race.

Ill-bred, outlaw guy like Viet dog Hun Sen doesn't need anybody or anything that has to do with human life or rights, Mr. Ghai. He had been raised and brought up that way by HANOI, don't you know that? And you know what his mission is? You guessed it - FINISH KHMER OFF!

Thank you, Mr. Yash Ghai, for drawing the attention of the international community to the deteriorating human rights and democratic situations in Cambodia.

Of course, Hun Sen and the CPP will be very upset with you and blaming you and everyone else, except themselves, for all the problems in Cambodia. Please ignore their curses and keep up your righteous efforts for the benefits of the Cambodian people. Although you do not have an army to confront Hun Sen and his henchmen, your voice of concern and report have already stirred them up. The pen is mightier than the sword. The Cambodian people hope that the international community will wholeheartedly listen to you and follow your recommendations.

Wishing you great success in your endeavour to improve the human rights and democratic situations in Cambodia.
