(AP Photo/Heng Sinith) PHNOM PENH, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- Prince Norodom Ranariddh, who was removed as president of Cambodia's co-ruling Funcinpec Party during his overseas trip in October, returned here on Saturday afternoon, reportedly with a plan to establish a new party and highlight the illegitimacy of the party's decision to strip him of his entitlement.
Ranariddh's public affairs adviser Ok Socheat told reporters that the prince did not make any remarks upon his return from the months-long stay abroad.
The prince was meeting with his followers on the next step to be taken, he added.
The Funcinpec Party on Wednesday filed a lawsuit to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to accuse Ranariddh of embezzling the 3.6 million U.S. dollars as payment for the sale of the party headquarters' property.
Socheat denied the accusation.
Ranariddh was removed as party head on Oct. 18 during a special assembly meeting of Funcinpec. The delegates thought him illegible for the post as he stayed overseas for too long to manage party affairs and could not establish good ties with Prime Minister Hun Sen to co-run the government.
The prince refused to admit the legitimacy of the assembly meeting and the newly elected party leaders.
He vowed to form a new party to compete in the general election in 2008, while some small parties extended olive branches to him in order to forge political alliance.

If everyone check the picture of disgrace prince, you find that his face is very pale. That is from two problems;
-he might have hepititis B or
-he has overdrived his sex life with his young lover.
When men have too much sex, he will have too much headache. His memories will be shorted. He cannot remember to much.
Prince Ranarith! you and your father his majesty Sihanouk were couped by your close generals. Is it a lesson to learn??? But anyway, if you stay just outside the country, playing with videos, films, songs, musics and new wives, new girls.... how can your associates listen to you?? If i'm in the story, I may not obey such a prince as you too. Your role is not for playing with girls, it is for strengthening popularity of party and serve people. If you want to be the strongest in politic, you should control your sexual passion a bit or at least having it in a very secret maner especially in Cambodian culture, here is not in the west world context. If you want to be welknown in this sexual behavior, politic is not suitable for you or you just loses embarrassedly. Why don' you, prince, learn from Hun Sen and other CPP members who can have delicious sex without scandals published??? But hope your girls don't result like Piseth Pilika's case. Haa, political Cambodia stage!!!! Well if you form a new party, hope you stay a bit more in country so that Serey kosal, ok socheat... not grab your party another time. Now you can see clearly that power brings everyone of your dogs to surround you on arrival but when you lose power none of your dogs come to smell you anymore. Hence, don't be too flattered just by the name of historic president. They flattered you because you have something to give them only.
