The spokesman of the council of ministers said that the Cambodian Prime Minister had asked OISCA, a NGO involved in education and development, to help attract investment by Japanese businesses in Cambodia.
Eang Sophallet, the spokesman for the council of ministers, indicated that the request was made by Hun Sen when he met Mori Hideo, OISCA director, on Tuesday.
Xinhua reported that during the meeting, OISCA pledges to help Cambodia in economic development, human resource technology, and the protection of the environment.
OISCA was founded in 1961 in Japan to fulfill the UN obligation regarding the education, technical development for third world countries in Africa, Asia, and South America.

Now Hun Sen is very confindence that he can call any country in the world to invest in Cambodia so that he steal all their monies that easy. What an ignorance Prime Minister? If you won't make any radical change in your government, please do not dream that people are so stupid to waste their monies to all hungry croc and shark in your country!!!!!!! We have plenty of good countries to invest with better return that lawless government of Hun Sen!!!
Hun Sen your house is in a very messy state at the moment. Before you invite guesses to visit or come into your house, I suggest you CLEAN UP the rubbishs that you've created first.

Ethical investers will not invest in Cambodia where there is no rule of laws. They are the long term investers; they care about their own image, reputation and the well beings of their employees. They train their employees properly. They pay taxes and provide employment for a long time to come. Versus the other investers they come to make quick money through whatever means and leave the country. Neither the Cambodian people nor the Cambodian economy are benefiting from these kind of investers. They do not enrich our country or people but leave us bad rep.
I urge Hun Sen government to clean the government free from corruption, strengthen rule of laws and be more careful with those investers that exploiting our people and atmosphere.
