Cambodian authority officials claimed that they are waiting patiently for a resolution on the case of Heng Pov, the former Phnom Penh police chief, by the Malaysian court system.

The revelation of this patient wait was provided following the court discussion of Heng Pov’s case in Malaysia last Thursday and Friday. The case will continue in court on Wednesday 06 Dec.

Khieu Sopheak, the Ministry of Interior spokesman, declared that the Cambodian can wait for this case: “We must be patient because the [Malaysian] court is an independent institution in a democratic country. Furthermore, we do not know what else to do because their law prescribed it. However, we believe that this case must certainly come to an end one day. We patiently wait to obtain a just decision by the court.”

Heng Pov had revealed unsavory information about Cambodian high ranking government officials who are behind criminal activities. He left Cambodia on 23 July 2006, and was subsequently arrested by the Malaysian authority for overstaying his visa.

The Cambodian authority is pursuing him to arrest him after the Cambodian court sentenced him in secret to 18-year of jail sentence for the murder and murder attempt on Cambodian officials.

HENG POV IS A BAD GUY BUT THIS IS THE PERFECT CASE FOR ANYONE OR SAM RAINSY TO EFFECTIVELY USE HIM TO INTERNATIONNALY SAG HUN SEN DOWN. BY SENDING HENG POV BACK TO CAMBODIA IT WILL SET UP AN EXAMPLE NOT TO HAVE ANYONE (ESPECIALLY THE HIGH RANKING OFFICIALS)TO BETRAY HUN SEN BECAUSE OF THE CONSEQUENCE. IDIOT SAM RAINSY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PLAY TRICK. HENG POV PRESENTED A GOLD OPPORTUNITY TO CRUSH HUN SEN BUT NOBODY USE HIM, VERY SHAMEFUL AND VERY LUCKY HUN SEN!

In Cambodia, Heng Pov has considered as a good police chef already. He tried all his best to eliminated all the crimes. But somes were committed by all the powerfull mafia gangs whom he cannot touch them and have impacted into his own personality. I urge all Cambodians in Overseas to help as much as you can to assist him into a safe country from Hun sen. If he will be sent back to Cambodia, he will be killed by all kind of methodes.

So, he started out bad per his Boss pressured to do his evil deeds. But, Heng Pov, knew it in his heart that the brutality and intimidation must stopped. The CPP has inflicted pain/suffering for ordinary Khmers for decades.

I am glad This Man turns around. I hope justice can serve him in other countries, definetly not in Cambodia. Cambodian Laws are enacted by the Neanderthal elite minority.

Heng Pov will issue more statement that relate to the criminal in Cambodia. Heng Pov is a good man that have dared to issue the good information for all people know about the bad things have happened in Cambodia.

Hun Sen and Hoc Longdy's families will face with the great problem. The both families have no chance to lead the govement in the next election in 2008

Heng Pov can save the country if he would be willing to reveal the truth. The big men in Cambodia are having nightmares now. I hope that Heng Pov dares to face the truth and tell the truth, it shall set him free. It will also set million Cambodians into freedom from big men. Stand up and reveal the truth.
