Funny Story Within Pol Pot's Hell (1975-1978)

Funny Story
Within Pol Pot’s Hell (1975-1978)

By N. Sihanouk
Beijing, December 19, 2006

Lok Chumtiev [Mrs.] Penn Nouth (Samdech Penn Nouth has his name written in gold letters in Cambodia’s History, as an authentic national Hero of our Country), under Pol Pot’s reign, told me the following story:

“One day, our respected Angkar decided to ‘chain’ produce Kampuchean babies. In a province which my husband and I (Mrs. Penn Nouth) were invited by the Angkar to visit, a long building on stilt was erected, made out of wood and covered with grass. Several dozen ‘couples’ (men and women) were directed inside the building. These men and women (who did not know each other beforehand) received the order from the ‘Kammaphibals’ (Pol Pot era officials) to make love like industrial machineries which had to produce babies, future anti-Vietnamese fighters. The sexual and industrial act was accomplished in very zealous and athletic unison. [It was] so zealous and so athletic, that the long building ended up collapsing with [a loud] noise. ‘Ka-boom!’ “Kdeang!’…”

Mrs. Penn Nouth did not tell me ([since] my Wife was present there) if these couples reached their “conclusion” ….

(Signed) Norodom Sihanouk

You see how lowly and insensitive this fool was.It was not funny at all if this was true. Each participant probably was petrified for their life as the Sihanouk DK element ordered and monitored their activities.
Shame on Sihanouk who used Palace as hartem filled with others daughters or wives for his leisure.
How beastly,this man is.
No morality and sense of human kind

Funny or not funny, it's very possible under KR's regime.

That is the system beast and the very people are ruling Cambodia today. We must continue our fight against the evil leaders. They do not represent our people and our culture, nor they are working for the interest of our future generations. Keep up the good fight with stupid and ignorant leaders. They are the cancer in society.

Hello,

How pathetic with this imbecile, light-headed, outcast and culprit old-farted. I fail to see his so-called “funny story” as funny, rather a continuously ridicule at the victims and as well as to us as survivors.

Would someone please tell a parody about Sihanouk slept with his auntie?

I don't think Sdach Ta was in the house arrest during Khmer Rouge era. He knew everything the KR had done to people. One of his son, prince Narindrapong, was interviewed by Radio Broadcaster about his personal life in Pol Pot's regime. He told them that he and his family was treated well by the Khmer Rouge. He often visited people in the rice fields, and water irragations which the Khmer Rouge built for farming. This prince was a die hard Khmer Rouge. Unfortunately, he passed away of heart attack a few years ago in an appartment in Paris, where he lived. He would be one of important witness for KR trial.
