A 41-year-old British national was arrested Sunday morning for allegedly sexually abusing two boys aged 12 and 14 in Phnom Penh's Dangkao district, police said Monday. Keo Thea, deputy director of the Phnom Penh municipal anti-human trafficking and juvenile justice police department, said the suspect, who works as an English teacher in the district, was arrested and taken to his rented accommodation located near Phnom Penh International Airport. Keo Thea declined to comment as to what if any evidence had been found during the search of the suspect's house, where he has lived for about three months. Ngeth Sarath, deputy chief prosecutor at the Phnom Penh Municipal Court, said that as of Monday the suspect had not been charged with any crime. A spokesman for the British Embassy would confirm only that the embassy was aware of the British man's arrest and that he was being held in police custody.

Just as I was talking about the
devil, there go another one.

I hope we are looking into their
past record to see how many are
repeated offenders.

And also, we need to keep a close
eye on Khmer Krom Extremists who
mastered the trade in South
Vietnam. They have sold millions
of their kids to the US soldiers
during the Vietnam war.
