After the Phnom Penh municipal court issued its verdict on Tuesday, sentencing Prince Norodom Ranariddh to 18-month jail regarding the sale of the Funcinpec party headquarters, two party leaders, Prince Thomico of the Sangkum Jatiniyum Front Party, and Sam Rainsy of SRP, gave their reaction. Prince Thomico told the Cambodia Daily that this verdict does not have a clear basis, and he accused the CPP and Funcinpec of concocting this issue. The prince considers the Phnom Penh municipal court as a weapon used by the CPP to pressure other party’s members. Opposition leader Sam Rainsy said the verdict is not fair. He said that although he does not support Prince Ranariddh, but he is certain that the Cambodian court lacks justice. He added that there are many criminals who had committed very serious crimes, but were never brought to court to face charges.

Why Khmer MONKEY Court lacks of justice? Everything is in the hands of one man, Hun Sen, the Yuan's puppet.
This guy Hun Sen deserves to be tortured and burned alive when the revolution comes, and after that all his family members/children should be tossed to be eaten by the crocodiles. How much more Hun Sen and his family hurt/harm Khmer people? The Khmer Rouge are not yet dead folks, The KR are in power, and his name is Hun Sen.
I do not side with Rannaridh but you get to understand that the structure of the criminal justice in PP will hurt/harm million innocence Khemrs later on by the hands of Hun Sen. You will see.

If pardoning Rannaridh will reduce the King's popularity, then HM should pardon all criminals in power including the real killer/traitor Hun Sen too, to gain back his popularity.
99.999...% those high ranking people including their spouses and relatives are mostly criminals, they are the lawbreakers themselves.
Those people surrounding Rannaridh mostly are the opportunists. They're drugging him with power, and they also committed crimes, that's why the tragedy started. Do you know why? Because most of them (not all) are too stupid, including his wife and mistress.
Those opportunists including his wife, daughter, and his mistress are barbarous, making Rannaridh down too low in front of the Khmers' enemy (the Yuan and the Yuan's puppet) are a superbabarity.
How could all of you laugh at your own people while the Yuan and their puppets designed the verdict against yours?
Rainsy shows his dignity by speaking up against the lawbreakers Hun Sen who uses his monkey court to hurt/harm others.
That's how Khmers should do to stand up against the Yuan's puppet.

I think that, what happened to Samdach Krom Preash in this time, it is a very injustice among other cases have been judging by this puppet court. I degree with a few men including Prince’s advisor interviewed by VOA. They have the same way of opinion on result of the decision of the puppet court will help him and his party to get more popular. And other way it urge the party’s supports’ emotion become stringer than before when their prince was present in country.
Ranaridh is no different from Heng Pov.
