Hang Puthea, Nicfec director, told the Cambodia Daily that Hun Sen’s war cry was made for nothing more than to garnish votes during the upcoming 01 April commune election. Yeng Virak, CLEC NGO director, welcomes Hun Sen’s speech, but said that people need action rather than just talk. Yeng Virak said that we want his promise to turn into reality.
