Three days before the end of the campaign for the commune election, the SRP said that on 30 March, the last day of the campaign, it plans to organize a large procession in Phnom Penh. This final campaign message will be accompanied with candle-light procession at night. On 27 March, SRP also received the authorization to distribute its political leaflets in 5 markets in Phnom Penh, even though the number of party activists allowed inside the market is limited to a certain number only. Mu Sochua, SRP Secretary-General, said the distribution of party leaflets in the market is a victory for SRP. Earlier, the local authorities in these major markets did not authorize SRP to distribute its leaflets to market sellers.

Beside of strengthening the bases of each commune, to backup with candle light processing in PP is so sound.
