[It is not like CPP which was formed mostly from the real Moral/mental/ideal...doctrine/ideology.. CPP is clever to look carefully to those guys what he needs e.g Dollare, Sra or Ladies...which can spoil them e.g Ranarith Chakaping and other are soiled by those dollars/Ladies..this is a tactics...].
So that all of those(Poli Party Tourists) can be broken-up easily e.g their heads can be sold/ can be exchanged with any personal interest as said above, moreover, their Leaders also are not so stable in terms of mentality and Material(Property/assets...)and they are still junior in politics however their ages are old.....
Another main reason is the leaders of those ones are not so strong in terms of Moral, and/or knowledges/Experince(except some as NRP who is said to be PhD in Law...) but their subordinates are mostly lowly educated, poorly trained however they formed oversea/outside Cambodia. If they are originated locally/within Cambodia they just the guys who was useless and have any mistakes or are unacceptable by other parties locally ....). I can choose a real simple cause while recently Ranarith was offered by PM Hun Sen around 500 posts/posotions(Funcinpec Quotas) of Chief of Departments/Deputy Chief of Cabinets etc..mostly those posts were sold freely in the Oressey/Olympic markets; any one could buy it with some USD2,500-USD5,000 without any real Scientific-Technical Knowledge relating to those posts....regardless in Cambodia there are well trained personnels from oversea and locally.
In Conclusion, they are real Political Investors,,, which can not be strong and are always very fragile.....
