This result can tell us something erroneous in Cambodian society and the election registrar procedure.
1. CPP still sweep most votes from Cambodian people that we can understand that the strategies of CPP is subtle and sutle.
Are Cambodian people under pressure of fear, intimindation, vote-buying and stress?
Cambodian society is moving foward!
2. Millions of votes can not cast their vote because of irregularity voting-place changes, unmatching names and boring...etc
However, we can see a swift move of SRP and the going backward of FUN and NRP.
Come on all Cambodians, why bother to vote, just let Hun Khvev Shit government be the leader for another 100 years. No one and no body can ever topple this moron at all.
The fact is that CPP is realizig the the tide of wind so it -cpp,has tried hard to use all means to win the election.
The most effectiv stategies are:
1. Vote-buying
2. Intimidation,
3. Gift
4. Registering Trouble Tactics- for those who are elligible to vote but not sided with CPP. it will take days or weeks to get it done or even not.

If the trend continued I can see the SRP is gaining much ground from the previous election. We are talking about 13 commune chiefs last time, to 18 for only 20% of the votes counted ! Bravo ! I don't expect total SRP victory, No way, this is very very impressive considered the CPP controls just about every move. Congratulations SRP. At least 200 chiefs . Wow, well done. Extrapolatint this result to the national election next year, it will be very significant indeed. We are talking about 30to 40% of the seats in the national assembly. Incredible ! This is a clear change. Funcinpec or royal party are done with. Only two party system from now on. It makes it easier for the people to vote.

Only education and more ducation will see people's attitude change. Yet education for the mass is a rare previlege in Khmer society. Not when 80% are farmers, peasants, and laborers.
This mentality fits well with the CPP strategy of scaremongering.
That 's why I give a lot of credit to the SRP who has play this role of change agent. They have done well in this respect.

They don't have the right info. Many cann't seem to tell the different right now for some reasons, but we are mighty proud of the Sam Rainsey Party.
